Here’s What You Need To Know

We can’t wait for you to join us at Pelican Peak, get ready for a wild ride and some of the island’s most breathtaking views! Before you begin your adventure here’s a couple things you should know:

  • All single riders must be between 70lbs-250lbs for a safe and enjoyable ride, we do not have age limits, smaller children can ride tandem, both riders on a tandem can’t exceed 200lbs.
  • Tours commence at the Pelican Peak landing zone and office, located next door to the SXM Cruise Port on Juancho Yruasquin Blvd, next door to Chesterfields Restaurant. We’re hard to miss! Look overhead for the ziplines leading to a large blue landing zone structure
  • Please check in 20-30 minutes prior to your tour time
  • We operate rain or shine, however if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our head Guide you will receive the option to rebook or a full refund
  • Pelican Peak offers multiple viewing decks to take in some gorgeous views of the Caribbean, Great Bay and our neighbouring islands, a 3-5 minute hike is required to access the top viewing decks- walking shoes are recommended but not required
  • Small personal items such as phones and sunglasses can be attached to riders, there are lockers for larger items to be stored
  • If not everyone in your group wants to ride, no problem. All guests can still take in the views, enjoy the ride and hear the island’s history during the hillside tour. After watching your friends and family take-off you can ride back down the hillside with our guides. A lesser hillside tour fee applies, please send an email to info@pelicanpeaksxm.com for details on hillside only tours
